Beyond Senior Services helps older adults with everyday support — rides, errands, appointment help, wellness check-ins, reminders and connecting to community resources. The Care Hub is where you ask for that help and follow what happens next.

Beyond is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency, call 911.

Beyond does not provide medical care, nursing, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in the app is medical, legal or financial advice.

Keep your sign-in details private and use the app only for yourself or for someone who has connected you as their caregiver. Please give us accurate information so we can help you properly.

Requests are read and arranged by real people during working hours. We do our best to schedule help promptly, but we cannot guarantee a particular time or that every request can be fulfilled.

Some help involves outside providers, such as transportation companies or community organizations. Those providers are responsible for their own services.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend an account that is being misused or used in a way that puts someone at risk.
