Privacy Policy
This explains, in plain language, what information Beyond Senior Services keeps and how it is used.
What we collect
When you create an account we keep your name, email address and the details you choose to add to your profile — such as phone number, address, emergency contact, preferred pharmacy or doctor, and the kinds of help you would like.
We also keep the requests you send us (rides, errands, appointments, wellness check-ins), the messages you exchange with our team, and notes our coordinators write while helping you.
How we use it
We use it to arrange and deliver the help you ask for, to contact you about your requests, and to keep a record of the support we have provided.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Beyond staff and coordinators can see member records so they can arrange help. Caregivers can see information only for the people who have connected them, and only what a caregiver is allowed to see — never our internal notes or tasks. A caregiver connection can be removed at any time, and access stops immediately.
Other members can never see your information. Access is enforced by the system itself, not only by what is shown on the screen.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored in our hosted database and sent over an encrypted connection. Emails we send you are delivered by our email provider on our behalf.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your account. If you would like a copy of your information, or would like your account and information removed, contact us and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Questions about privacy can be sent through the Contact & Support page.
